A dashboard user with full access to all system features, including managing all providers, users, categories, and reports. See Roles & Permissions.

A specific date and time offered by a booking listing that a client can select during a session. Each slot can be booked by one client. Slots are added and managed by administrators or provider members.

A type of service listing that includes one or more appointment slots a client can select during a session. When a slot is selected, a booking confirmation email is sent to the provider. Contrast with Information Listing.

The set of listings and appointment slots a client has selected during a session. The cart is shown in the Step 5 review screen and cleared once the session is submitted or terminated.

A service type used to organise listings and filter what is shown to clients. Clients select categories in Step 3 of the prison interface. Categories are managed by administrators.

A person who is incarcerated or recently released who is assisted by prison staff during a session to find and book community services.

A setting on a listing that restricts which clients see it during Step 4, based on gender, age range, or Indigenous status. Listings without filters are shown to all clients.

A text field on a listing that describes any specific requirements a client must meet to access the service. Displayed to clients and staff in a highlighted box during Step 4.

A provider that is shown to clients when no other services match their demographics and category selections. Intended to ensure every client has at least one contact option. Set by an administrator.

A type of service listing that provides contact details only — no appointment booking is available. Clients select these to include on their printout. Contrast with Booking Listing.

The screen shown after a session is submitted (Step 5). It displays a formatted summary of the client’s selected appointments and contact listings, ready to be printed and given to the client.

An organisation that offers services to clients through the Wayfinding App. Each provider has a profile with contact details and can have multiple listings. Managed in the dashboard.

A dashboard user who has been assigned to one or more providers by an administrator. Can manage listings and appointment slots for their assigned providers. Cannot access categories, all users, or reports (unless given permission).

A single use of the prison interface, from the time it is started to when it is completed or terminated. Sessions are logged with demographic data, listings displayed, and selections made.

The action of cancelling a session before it is completed. Triggered by the “Terminate session” button in the top bar. Records the session as cancelled and discards any demographic data entered.
