Quick Start

Welcome to Wayfinding — a service discovery and appointment booking tool that helps prison staff connect clients with community services upon release.

This page covers everything you need to get started.

Signing In

Wayfinding uses passwordless sign-in — there are no passwords to remember. Each time you log in:

1. Visit wayfindingapp.dll.org.au
2. Enter your registered email address and click Send Sign-In Link
3. Check your inbox for a sign-in link and click it to access your dashboard

Tip

Sign-in links expire after a short time. If yours has expired, return to the app and request a new one.

Requesting an Account

Accounts can only be created by a Wayfinding administrator — users cannot self-register. This is a deliberate security measure to ensure access is granted only to authorised individuals.

If you need access, email the support team at wayfinding.support@dll.org.au with:

• Your full name and email address
• Your organisation
• The access you require (provider member or administrator)
